SHIPPING:

Your order will ship USPS ground if it weighs under 1 LB., otherwise it will ship UPS ground. Please email us at anne@ahcollection.com or holly@ahcollection.com if your order is time sensitive.There would be an additional cost to you.

We do not ship on holidays or the weekends.If an item on your order is out of stock, we will contact you thru email and refund the difference to your credit card and ship the remainder of your order.

We only accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

1) Immediate defect( you must notify us thru our email addresses (anne@ahcollection.com or holly@ahcollection.com) with in recieving your order.

In your email. please list your name, date of purchase,phone number and description of the defective item.

Upon receiving the defective item(s)we will issue you a STORE CREDIT thru email to be used at www.ahcollection.com. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO CREDIT CARDS!
